Hey Guys, Today I tried Low calories, highly nutritious orange peel yogurt (Raita). Orange Raita is an exotic side dish and a perfect dish for hot summers. Combined with yogurt, coriander, basil leaves, and some spices this dish turns to super delicious and very easy to prepare. This dish is sweet and spicy and it goes great with anything especially I tried with oats chila (salted pancakes) and trust me they are super delicious and very healthy too.

- Cooking time: ~10 mins
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups Yogurt
- 2 oranges
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp black salt
- 1 tbsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tbsp cumin
Recipe:
- First, peel orange and remove the skin and seeds, keep the pulp aside.
- Take 2 cups of yogurt and mix it with the orange pulp.
- Add cumin powder, black salt, pepper powder, and coriander leaves and stir well.
- Orange peel raita will be ready to serve.

- Orange consists of a good source of fiber and is an excellent source of vitamin c, vitamin B1, potassium, and folate.
