Garlic Tomato Bruschetta

  Bruschetta is a traditional Italian dish that made with natural ingredients. I think this is one of the easiest,  tasty, and fresh recipes anyone can prepare. Bruschetta is a common Italian appetizer that is usually served before the meal. Besides, you can customize with toppings with your favorite spices and herbs or even add anything you have on hand, but this Garlic tomato bruschetta is my favorite. I've been really into rice bowls lately. They are my easy go-to healthy one-bowl meal. Colorful Thai bowl with coconut rice is the perfect way to get your veggies and carbs all in one! The good thing is that you can add any vegetables of your own choice and this can be one of our go-to meals because it is so easy to prepare and super delicious. Sauté Indian Paneer (Cottage Cheese) with cherry tomatoes

Hello Everyone! Today I tried homemade Paneer with cherry tomatoes. This dish is simple, healthy, and very yummy, even you can saute vegetables of your choice. Course:Dinner/lunch Preparation Time: ~10mins Cooking time: 10mins Total time: ~20mins Ingredients: 150gm sliced Paneer/Indian cheese 5-10 Cheery tomatoes 1tbsp olive oil 2 chopped garlic 1 medium-size sliced onion 1 medium-size sliced yellow bell paper  Black pepper Coriander leaves for garnishing Salt as per taste 2tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp Sesame seeds Recipe: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, and saute them. Then add chopped vegetables, saute them. Now add Panner and saute them all for 5 minutes until they look golden brown. Sprinkle black pepper and salt generously. Quesadilla is very easy and healthy food. It is easy to make with any available ingredients. Today I tried with ragi flour and beetroot paste. This recipe is very simple and you can replace flour with normal wheat flour or oats flour as per the availability.
