This Creamy, healthy almond milk blueberry smoothie is perfect for breakfast or snacking!
As I stored seasonal blueberries so that I can also use them when we don't have fresh blueberries available in the market so here I am using frozen blueberries, almond milk and my favorite mint leaves. It's healthy and delicious. Dairy-free and gluten-free with vegan options.

Ingredients:
- 1 Bowl blueberries
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 spoon Greek yogurt
- some Fresh Mint leaves
- 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend them until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and pumpkin seeds.
- Enjoy!
TIP: You can also add any fresh fruit of your choice with blueberries.
