Hi Guys! Today, I tried green apple rice with pumpkin seeds which is a delicious and healthy meal for either dinner or lunch.
- Course: Lunch/Dinner

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp desi ghee
- 2 Green Apple medium-sized
- Ginger - 1 Spoon
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped Tomato
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- coriander leaves
- Garam Masala
- 1tbsp mustard seeds
- 2tbsp garlic
- 1 cup soaked basmati rice
- salt as per taste
- 1tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1tbsp fennel seeds
- 1tbsp cashew nuts
- 1tbsp green cardamons
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions:
- Take 2 green apples and cut them into small pieces.
- Take a Pan and add 1tbsp desi ghee then Add bay leaves, green cardamons, 1tbsp cashew nuts, ginger, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and sauté until they turned brownish.
- Add onions and fry until they turn brownish.
- Put chopped garlic, 1tbsp cinnamon powder, tomatoes.
- Now add apple slices and mix them all together.
- Add all masala powder and salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Now add soaked basmati rice and water. Cook for 10 minutes in medium heat.
- Turn off the heat and now you are ready to serve.
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds, coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
- You can serve with curd or mint chutney.
