Benefits:
- Asparagus helps you to lose weight and has high fiber content. The asparagus is packed with nutrients like vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6, as well as folate, iron, copper, calcium, and protein. Plus, it’s a rich source of antioxidants.
- Celery contains negligible fat and just 1.4g carbohydrates per 100g of raw celery. It is a low-calorie food with just 9 calories per 100g. It is a good source of fiber and reduces blood pressure.
- Ladyfinger is good for digestion as it has high fiber content and it prevents constipation due to its laxative property and it is more helpful in increasing eyesight.
- Green beans are a good source of complex carbohydrates. There are 4 grams of starch in a 1-cup serving of green beans. Starch provides the body with quick energy.
Fantastic. Very quickly we can prepare and eat...
