  • Celery contains negligible fat and just 1.4g carbohydrates per 100g of raw celery. It is a low-calorie food with just 9 calories per 100g. It is a good source of fiber and reduces blood pressure.
  • Ladyfinger is good for digestion as it has high fiber content and it prevents constipation due to its laxative property and it is more helpful in increasing eyesight.
  • Green beans are a good source of complex carbohydrates. There are 4 grams of starch in a 1-cup serving of green beans. Starch provides the body with quick energy.
